Pre Acquisition Diligence & Post Acquisition Integration

Stage I

Before we offer to show land to the buyer we have identified, we ensure that we have carried out a detailed search and check in advance, validated authenticity of documents, have Index-II search report ready, with title scrutinized, documentation verified, whether the buyer wants to lease land or purchase it.

Stage II

Once buyer is satisfied with the above, we take the next step forward and arrange meeting and discussions with regard to price fixation, mode of payment, defining mutually suitable terms & conditions, verifying documents and permissions towards title clearance, TILR survey, ensuring compliance with regard to legal matters like adjudication and stamping; registration and notarization; transfer of name etc.

Stage III

Once land purchase/lease reaches this stage, things are set for final closure. All the documents are made registration-ready vis-a-vis unit documentation for plots, pre and post registration documentation, assessment report of proposed land, land title search; registration & notarization documents; property documentation & registration; document drafting & execution; financial aspects like loan, mode of payment, synopsis of legal and other related charges etc.
